The Scancon REXM-A-SA is a highly robust stainless steel shaft encoder specifically developed for the extreme requirements of mining.
Material: Full AISI 316 stainless steel construction for maximum corrosion resistance.
Mining Certification: Globally approved according to ATEX, IECEx, UKEX, and EAC Ex for mining applications.
High Precision: Supports resolutions of up to 10,000 pulses per revolution (ppr).
Connection Flexibility: Available with MUD-resistant (NEK 606) cable or a removable end cap.
Extreme Protection: Protection rating up to IP 67 and a wide operating temperature range from -40 °C to +70 °C.
