The i.safe MOBILE IS-CS1A.1 Connectivity System is the dedicated docking and interface solution for the IS940.1 industrial tablet, serving as part of the Mobile Operator Panel (IS-MOP1A.1) platform. Engineered for demanding, hazardous industrial environments certified for Zones 1 and 21, this modular system guarantees high operational reliability and seamless data communication.
Comprehensive Connectivity & Uninterrupted Operation
When docked, the system provides continuous power to the tablet and charges its internal battery, enabling true 24/7 continuous shift work without deployment gaps. Through its integrated interface module, users can securely connect wired, Ex-rated peripherals such as external keyboards, RFID identification modules, or process sensors. An embedded LAN interface ensures a highly stable and secure network connection directly at the point of action.

- Docking Station (IS-DS940.1): Heavy-duty, lockable holder featuring an NFC Docking Tag and LED charging status indicators. Designed for VESA 100 mounting.
- Interface Module (IS-IM1A.1): Compact module for DIN rail mounting (TH 35), requiring installation inside a separate, third-party Ex enclosure (not included).
- Interface Cable: Certified physical cable for secure data and power connection between the docking station and the interface module.
