Description

The Scancon EXME SSI is a highly robust absolute hollow shaft encoder, specifically developed for the extreme requirements of mining and explosive environments. Certification: Globally approved according to ATEX, IECEx, and EAC for mining applications. Hollow Shaft Options: Available with bores of 14 mm, 16 mm, or 1 inch. Interface: Synchronous Serial Interface (SSI) with Binary or Gray code. High Resolution: Precise positioning with up to 30-bit total resolution. Flexibility: Removable end cap allows for convenient on-site modifications. Protection Class: Certified from IP 64 to IP 68 (waterproof up to 1 m for 1 h).
