Description

The Scancon EXME DeviceNet is a certified absolute encoder in stainless steel, designed for integration into DeviceNet networks within explosive atmospheres. Certification: Globally approved according to ATEX, IECEx, and EAC for mining applications. Interface: DeviceNet transceiver according to ISO 11898; supports up to 64 nodes. Housing Design: Robust stainless steel body (Ø 78 mm) with a removable end cap for on-site modifications. High Resolution: Combined resolution of up to 30 bits (16-bit steps per revolution / 14-bit revolutions). Field Configuration: Device addressing adjustable via integrated rotary switches in the connection cap. Extreme Protection: Housing protection ratings from IP 64 to IP 68 (waterproof up to 1m for 1h).
