The Scancon EXAG SSI is a high-precision, explosion-proof absolute hollow shaft encoder designed for maximum flexibility and safety in hazardous areas.
Certification: Internationally approved according to ATEX, IECEx, and EAC Ex; certified for North America Class I Div. 2.
Interface: SSI (Synchronous Serial Interface) supporting Binary or Gray code.
Design: Hollow shaft encoder with a 78 mm diameter and hollow shaft options of 14 mm, 16 mm, or 1 inch.
Customization: Removable end cap for easy configurations and modifications directly on-site.
Precision: Offers a resolution of up to 16-bit per revolution and a multiturn range of up to 14-bit.
Housing: Available in aluminum or stainless steel for optimal protection in harsh environments.
