Description

The Scancon EXAG Profinet is a high-performance, explosion-proof absolute encoder designed for seamless integration into industrial Ethernet networks. Certification: Internationally approved according to ATEX, IECEx, and EAC Ex; certified for North America Class I Div. 2. Interface: Profinet interface supporting Profidrive Profile 4.x (Encoder Profile 4.x). Design: Shaft encoder with a 78 mm diameter and shaft options of 10 mm or 12 mm. Flexibility: Removable end cap for easy adjustments and configurations directly on-site. Resolution: Precise sensing with up to 16-bit per revolution and a multiturn range of up to 14-bit. Configuration: Programmable IP address and network parameters for flexible system integration. Protection Rating: High-quality sealing from IP 64 to IP 68 (waterproof up to 1 meter depth for 1 hour).
