Description
The Scancon EXAG Dual Output is a specialized, explosion-proof shaft encoder that combines two independent output signals in a single robust housing.
Certification: Internationally approved according to ATEX, IECEx, and EAC Ex for use in Zone 1 (Ex db IIC).
Dual Interface: Provides simultaneous absolute Profibus and incremental signal outputs.
Precision: Absolute resolution up to 30-bit and incremental signals with up to 8,192 PPR (pulses per revolution).
Design: Shaft encoder with a 78 mm diameter and stainless steel shaft options of 10 mm or 12 mm.
Maintenance: Removable end cap allows for easy modifications and connection work directly on-site.
Material: Housing and cap available in either aluminum or high-quality stainless steel.
Protection Rating: Certified for protection ratings from IP 64 to IP 68 (waterproof up to 1 meter depth for 1 hour).
