Description
The Scancon 2REX-H-SR combines the explosion protection certifications of the 2REX series with a high-quality stainless steel housing (AISI 303). As a hollow shaft encoder, it enables space-saving mounting directly on the drive shaft in corrosive hazardous areas.
Stainless Steel Housing: Maximum resistance due to housing, cap, and hollow shaft made of AISI 303 stainless steel.
Global Ex Certification: Approved according to ATEX, IECEx, UKEX, and EAC Ex.
Hollow Shaft Design: Flexible bores from Ø 10 mm to Ø 16 mm for direct mounting.
Installation Freedom: Option of a fixed cable or removable end cap for easy on-site wiring.
Extreme Protection: IP67 protection rating and MUD-resistant cable options according to NEK 606.
