Description
The Scancon 2CEX-H SSI is a compact, explosion-proof hollow shaft encoder developed for precise position feedback in hazardous areas.
Certification: Certified according to ATEX and EAC Ex for use in explosion-proof zones.
Design: Housing diameter of 68 mm with a stainless steel hollow shaft, available in diameters from 10 mm to 16 mm.
Interface: SSI (Synchronous Serial Interface) with support for Binary or Gray code.
Resolution: 13-bit singleturn sensing (8,192 steps) and multiturn ranges up to 24-bit.
Connection: Equipped with a non-removable end cap and a radial 10-pin MIL connector.
Voltage: Supports a supply voltage of either 5 VDC or in the range of 9 to 30 VDC.
Protection Rating: High protection standard according to IP 67 for continuous operation in harsh environments.
