Teracom TSM400-4-TH is a digital humidity and temperature sensor with Modbus RTU communication over RS-485. The device is designed for wall mounting and supports monitoring of temperature and relative humidity in buildings and technical rooms.
The sensor integrates sensing elements and signal processing and provides a fully calibrated digital output. The sensing elements are factory calibrated and, according to the manufacturer, do not require lifetime recalibration.

The TSM400-4-TH supports use in Building Management Systems (BMS), Industrial Automation Systems (IAS) and with third-party controllers. Each sensor has a unique serial code, allowing multiple sensors on the same RS-485 bus.
Typical applications include indoor air quality monitoring in offices, humidity and temperature monitoring in server rooms and data centers, and integration into building management systems.
Compatible Teracom modules are TCG140-4, TCW260 and TCG140. Third-party controllers are also supported.
