Our online shop is available again
Following a major technical transition, our online shop is now back online and fully accessible again. The process took longer than initially planned and did not run without challenges. During this period, some orders could not be placed as usual and certain information was temporarily unavailable. We would like to sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused and thank you for your patience.
The new platform has been gradually brought into operation over the past few days and continues to be expanded. Many processes are now more direct: orders can be placed without additional steps and registered business customers can now see real-time stock levels. The search function has also been improved, although further refinements are still ongoing.
As part of this transition, we have also completely revised our pricing structure. Despite this effort, no general price increases have been implemented. In many cases, business customers will benefit from improved conditions.
A large part of our product range is already available again, with additional manufacturers and products being added step by step. Our current focus is on ensuring stability and reliability as we continue to expand the platform.
Please note: due to technical reasons, existing customer accounts could not be transferred. A one-time re-registration is therefore required to use the new shop. Each registration is reviewed and manually approved by our sales team to ensure correct pricing conditions.

As a thank you for your patience, we are offering free delivery on all shop orders until 31 March 2026.
