Bellinzona modernises its power control system with zenon
AMB replaced its ageing decentralised operation with a central zenon based platform. COSTRONIC implemented the system in stages and integrated transformers and distribution units via IEC 61850.
zenon handles Schneider Modicon M340 and protection relays using built in drivers. The grid is visualised through World View and Automatic Line Coloring. Redundant servers and SQL logging secure data and meet archiving requirements.
The solution provides scalability, open protocols and efficient engineering.
